To place a refund, return or exchange request for an order placed with AMGIA Ltd., You would need to contact AMGIA Ltd. through email or by phone.

Please place the refund request, as required, within 3 days of the services being purchased. If the refund request is placed after 3 days of purchase, 10% service charge will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded after 180 days.

Please have your order number available and provide a valid reason for your request to speed up your refund process. Your request will be reviewed within a few days standard response period and we will notify you of the results. We reserve the right to extend the standard response time in exceptional cases with a prior notice to you.

Refund, returns, or exchanges request are accepted up to 15 days from the date of placing the Order with AMGIA Ltd.. AMGIA Ltd. may grant extensions to this period for some special cases and Products at its discretion.

If you choose to pay by check or money order, you may cancel your Order before making the payment. In case the payment is not received by us in 30 days, AMGIA Ltd. will cancel you Order.

You may submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed. Please note that if the Order is already completed or in progress, we will not be able to approve the cancelation request.

Some Services have special conditions for returns. So, please understand properly before making a request with AMGIA Ltd.

If the refund request is granted by AMGIA Ltd., payments are refunded as follows:

• Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within 10 business days.
• Wire Transfer and check payments will be refunded within fifteen 15 business days and the cost of transfer will be supported by the end user.
• PayPal payments will be refunded within seven (7) business days.
• Other payment methods will be refunded between 15 and 30 days.

You may be asked to provide us with a credit card number from a card issuer that we accept in order to activate your refund.

If applicable, AMGIA Ltd. reserve the right to hold the refund payment.
